Welcome to the Create with Tarion program (the "Program"). By submitting an application, registering for an account, or participating in any creator campaigns, product testing, or challenges (each a "Campaign") hosted on our website, you (the "Creator" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
1. Eligibility & Application
Eligibility: To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, maintain an active and public social media account (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or a personal blog/portfolio), and reside in a region where Tarion officially ships products.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application form.
Selection Discretion: Tarion reserves the sole right to select and approve participants for each Campaign based on brand relevance, content quality, and marketing needs. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
2. Campaign Rules & Specific Details
Campaign-Specific Rules: The specific timeline, tasks, product samples, exclusive discounts, and shipping details for each event will be specified on the respective campaign landing page ("Campaign Page").
Incorporation by Reference: Any instructions, deadlines, or requirements published on the Campaign Page are hereby incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Campaign Page and these Terms, the Campaign Page shall prevail.
3. Creator Obligations & Deadlines
Email Confirmation: If selected, you must reply to our confirmation email within the designated timeframe (typically five [5] business days unless stated otherwise on the Campaign Page) to confirm your shipping address and acceptance.
Content Delivery: Upon receiving the product, you agree to create, publish, and share the required content (e.g., videos, photos, or setups) on your registered social media channel(s) within the deadline specified on the Campaign Page.
Content Integrity: All promotional content must represent your honest and authentic opinions, comply with local advertising regulations, and tag Tarion's official accounts.
4. Intellectual Property & License to Use
By participating in the Program and submitting content (including but not limited to social media posts, videos, photos, or text):
License Grant: You grant Tarion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute your content.
Usage Rights: Tarion reserves the right to:
Repost or feature your content on Tarion’s official social media channels.
Display your content on Tarion's official websites and product pages.
Utilize your content in Tarion’s marketing materials and paid advertising campaigns.
Ownership: You retain the original copyright to your content, subject to the license granted to Tarion above.
5. Creator Points & Rewards System
The Program operates a points-based rewards system. Points may be earned or deducted based on your participation and content quality.
Earning Points: Points are awarded for successful registration, being shortlisted, and delivering qualified content. Additional bonus points may be rewarded if Tarion features your content on official channels or in ads.
Redemption: Points can be redeemed for coupons or exclusive rewards as specified in your Creator Dashboard. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Point Deductions & Penalties: To maintain a fair and active community, Tarion reserves the right to deduct points or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tarion is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program or your use of Tarion products. Products provided as samples are sent "as is" with no commercial warranties.
7. Modification & Termination
Tarion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, any specific Campaign, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
