Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time

  • In-Stock Orders: All in-stock orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date stated on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to minor changes.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items become available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders.

Please Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD (other charges are calculated separately based on order weight and remote areas.) and we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, select European Union countries, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.

 

*Supported EU countries include: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, etc. If you cannot select your country at checkout, it means we currently do not support delivery to your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active and scannable within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's official portal.

 

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Lunar New Year), courier companies experience a high volume of traffic. Consequently, shipping companies require additional time to deliver.
