Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations before the product is processed or shipped. If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund immediately.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped out of our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, please receive the package first and then follow our Return process below to apply for a return.
30-Day Return Policy
We proud to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the date you received your product. To ensure your return is accepted and processed smoothly, please note the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our official online store. We cannot process returns or refunds for items bought through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, AliExpress, or offline retailers). A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Resalable Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must show no signs of wear or installation.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Do Not Send Back Blindly: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. You must contact our customer service team first to obtain the correct return warehouse address.
Return Shipping Fees
- Non-Quality Returns (Buyer's Choice): If you are returning the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, chose the wrong size/color, or no longer need it) and the product has no technical or quality defects, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, please take photos or a short video and contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label to resolve the issue.
Refund Process & Inspection
Once your returned package is delivered to our return warehouse and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Refund Timeline: Depending on your card issuer or bank, it usually takes 3–7 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or payment gateway (PayPal, etc.) again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially and visibly posted by their system.
- Contact your bank. There is often some internal processing time before a refund is posted.
