2-Year Limited Warranty
For a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase, we warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing under normal use.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase indicated on the commercial invoice, order screenshot, or valid proof of purchase from an authorized sales channel.
What Is Covered (Product Defects)
This warranty covers any functional defects or product failures that occur under normal and intended use, provided they are not caused by deliberate human damage, misuse, or physical abuse.
What Is NOT Covered
Please Note: The following situations are excluded from our free warranty service. However, we may offer paid repair services where the customer covers two-way shipping and core component replacement costs.
- Accidental or Misuse Damage: Physical damage, deformation, scratches, cracks, water ingress, oil immersion, or burning caused by improper handling, dropping, collision, crushing, forcing, or exposure to extreme environments (e.g., high temperatures or corrosive marine environments).
- Overloading: Damage resulting from exceeding the maximum payload capacity or maximum rated power clearly specified in the product manual.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by the user or a third-party service center without prior written authorization from our company (e.g., altering internal circuitry or replacing parts with non-original components).
- Normal Wear and Tear & Consumables: Natural aging, scratching, wear, or fading of outer casings, metallic coatings, rubber grips, foam paddings, external cables, and generic sponges over time.
- Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God, including lightning strikes, fire, flooding, earthquakes, typhoons, or war.
- Missing Proof of Purchase: Inability to provide a valid order number, invoice, or receipt; or situations where the information on the purchase proof has been altered or does not match the actual physical item.
- Channel Restrictions: This warranty applies strictly to products purchased directly from our official website or authorized flagship stores. Second-hand purchases or items acquired from unauthorized third-party resellers are not covered.
Limitation of Liability
The remedies provided under this warranty statement are limited strictly to the repair, technical support, or replacement of the product itself. Tarion assumes no liability or financial responsibility for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages resulting from product failure.
